General Return Policy
You may return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns for items purchased on GIARAM.COM that:

Have not been worn, washed, or altered

Have their original plastic tag attached

Are returned in their original packaging (tote bag, box, garment bag and similar)

Are in resalable condition
Please note that personalised items and gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable, as the delivery service has already been provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept parcel locker returns. In order for us to process the return you must add information with your order number and your name inside the return package.
Items purchased during store clearances or sales are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Product-Specific Return Conditions
Original Paintings, Ceramic Products, Gift Cards and Prints
These items are non-returnable. However, if agreed upon in advance, a return may be accepted within 1–2 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions:
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to our error before shipping, we will accept the return within 14 days of delivery. If damage occurs during shipping, we will repair or replace the item whenever possible.
Phone Cases
All phone cases are made to order and therefore non-returnable, unless a defect is present. In that case, they may be returned or exchanged for a replacement.
Socks
For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please:
