Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to return or exchange
Start a return or exchange at giaram.com/apps/returns. Enter your order number and email, choose the items and tell us why. Once we approve your request, we'll email you a prepaid label. Print it, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at any LP Express parcel locker. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns, the return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, you get +10% on top.

Exchanges are free of charge. We'll send you a free shipping label, and your new item is sent out as soon as we receive the original.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee required by EU consumer law. If a product is faulty or does not match what was promised, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (where they are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized, like a phone case, print or original paintings), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, or receive your store credit code by email (valid for 12 months). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
