Q. What is your return policy?

A. Artworks (original paintings), ceramic products, and prints are non-returnable items. An exception is made if agreed upon in advance—in this case, if the painting is not liked and it was agreed upon beforehand, it can be returned within 1-2 days of receiving it—shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Exception - if there is irreparable damage/defect caused by us before shipping. In such a case, we accept the item back within 14 days of receipt. If something happens to the item during shipping, we will repair or replace it if possible.

T-shirts/hoodies/bags - can be returned/exchanged within 14 days* of delivery unless otherwise specified for the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*Items that have been purchased during store clear outs cannot be refunded or returned. 

Phone cases are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective—in such cases, they can be returned or exchanged for a newly produced case.

Socks are non-returnable items.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Delivery within Lithuania takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch—preparation of the goods takes 1-2 business days. Other countries: from 6 to 14 business days depending on the country and city.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking code.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Payments can be made with any bank card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We ship to all European countries, UK, USA, and Australia.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A. You can modify or cancel your order by contacting us within 1 hour of placing the order.

Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

A. Upon receiving a damaged or defective product, please make sure to take photos of the damaged or defective area immediately after noticing and contact us at info@giaram.com on the same day of the receipt.

Q. Do you offer discounts/special offers?

A. Sometimes we offer discounts—these are available to those registered for our newsletter. Registered customers will receive emails with exclusive discount codes just for them.

Q. How can I create an account and what are the benefits?

A: To create an account, click the person icon at the top of the screen "Log In" on the website, enter your details, verify your email, and log in.
